Prices may change at any time without notice.

MINIMUMS

No minimum dollar amount.  All products must be ordered in Minimum Quantities as indicated.

FREIGHT

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.  All shipments are F.O.B. New York, NY

BACK-ORDERS

Back-orders of $50 and under will be cancelled. Back-orders of $50 or more will be charged freight.

NEW ACCOUNTS

All first orders must be prepaid with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, prepaid check or money order. All accounts must be current before additional orders will be shipped. No additional orders will ship if over credit limit. Initial orders must be paid before second order will be shipped. Made IT’s credit application must be completed before terms are approved.

CLAIMS AND RETURNS

You must open and inspect your merchandise promptly. Claims of damage or shortage must be made within 10 business days of receiving shipment. Returns must be authorized before shipping, returned in original packaging and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No credit will be given for worn product or products with retail price tags.

PAYMENT

All terms are prepaid until credit is awarded. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, prepaid checks and money orders.  If an account is placed on hold by Made IT due to payment terms, insufficient checks or any other reason all merchandise must be prepaid.

All Made It items are handcrafted which can result in inconsistencies in sizes, shapes and colors.
All pieces are lead-free, hypo-allergenic, handmade, and meet California requirements for Nickel, Lead, and Cadmium.
Pieces have been tested by a 3rd party. All metal is base metal or brass-plated.
